Shop Policies

• Due to hygienic reasons, all sales of press-on nails and sizing sample packs are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
• In the rare case of a defect, please email gingersnapnailart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the defective nail(s). I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

•  Custom orders require 3–7 business days for processing prior to shipping. 
• Pre-designed sets ship within 24 hours, excluding holidays. 
• A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. 
• Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates. 
• Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location. 

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to Canada Post. Gingersnap Nail Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number.

All custom sets are created based on the measurements provided by the client.
Gingersnap Nail Art is not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements.

• Visit the Important Information page for measuring instructions 
• Purchase a sizing kit for $5 (free shipping) 

Each sizing kit includes one of every size available in your selected shape and length, using the same tips as your custom set to ensure the best fit.

Please note: different shapes may have different size ranges available.

•  Pre-designed sets must be paid in full at checkout 
• Custom sets require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins 
• Remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping (for direct orders) 
• Custom sets ordered online require full payment at checkout

•  Due to lighting and screen differences, colors and designs may appear slightly different in person.
• Availability of certain products or materials may vary due to supplier stock. If needed, similar alternatives will be used, though exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

•  Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All prices include tracked shipping within Canada and the United States.
  Discounted shipping is automatically applied at checkout when purchasing up to three (3) sets.
