Due to hygienic reasons. all sales of press on nails and sizing sample packs are final; no returns or refunds are offered.
In a rare case of defects, please email gingersnapnailart@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective nail (s) within 48 hours of receiving your package so I can make this situation right.

Custom orders require a 3-7 day processing time prior to shipping.
Pre-designed nail orders will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding holidays.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking to update once shipped.
Once shipped, delivery takes generally 3-14 business days depending on shipping address.
Once an item has been shipped, Gingersnap Nail Art hands over all accountability for the package and Canada Post is further responsible for the shipment. Gingersnap Nail Art does not provide coverage for any lost or stolen packages as a result. If your package goes missing, please get in touch with Canada Post and provide them with your tracking number so they can help you further.

All custom sets are created based on the measurements provided by the client.
Gingersnap Nail Art is not responsible for any inaccuracies in nail measurements.

Sizing kits are also avaiiable for $5 (free shipping).
A sizing kit includes one of every size available for the shape and length you choose.
The tips you receive are the same ones used to make your custom set and will ensure the best fit for you.
Different shapes will have different size availability

Payments for pre-designed nails are due at the time of ordering.
Custom sets require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping (direct order)
Custom sets ordered online require full payment at time of order.

Due to lighing and camera quality, some colors and nail art may appear differently on my website than they do in person.
Due to supplier availibility, some items may not be available for custom or Make-it-again sets. I will do my best to get similar products, but cannot guarantee they will be in stock.

Reduced shipping is offered and applied at checkout when ordering up to three (3) sets at once.
