Image and Colour Disclaimer

◇ Colour and/or design may vary from images due to different device screen settings, lighting during photos, materials and the nature of the products. 

◇ I will do my best to match colors however if purchasing nails from me, you agree to accept 0the risk that there may be slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on this website. 

Refund Policy
◇ All sales are final.

◇ Custom sets are made to order. There are no refunds and replacement nails/changes/fixes etc. can be purchased at additional costs plus any required shipping fees. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply

Pricing and payments  
◇ Price will be determined by complexity of design. Prices are subject to change/fluctuate at any time.  

Processing Times and Shipping
◇ Custom orders will take 1-3 days to process and ship. Ready-to-ship and Ready-to-wear sets will be shipped out within 24 hours, excluding holidays. 

◇ All orders come with Canada Post standard shipping and can take on average 3-10 business days to arrive. Additional shipping time and/or delays may apply during holidays. 

◇ Shipping is available in Canada and US only.
◇ Once orders are dispatched using Standard Shipping methods, Gingersnap Nail Art absolves itself from any responsibility of the package arriving. Consider upgrading to Tracked/Insured shipping to protect your purchase from, but not limited to, loss or damage by the courier agency. 

Sizing Policy
◇ Gingersnap Nail Art does not take responsibility for incorrectly sized nails. Refrain from using sizing charts from other sites as materials are not all sourced from the same supplier and can vary in size.
◇ To eliminate any room for error, consider purchasing a sizing kit for $5.00 

Customer Modifications
◇ Nails modified by customer may weaken integrity causing any of the following, but not limited to; peeling, chipping, cracking, breaking etc. 

◇ Gingersnap Nail Art absolves itself from any such issues that may arise due to the actions of the customer.
